Delivery of hoodies tends to happen in bulk to the person who is organising and/or paying for your hoodies. Delivery is done fulfilled by DHL or FedEx. Delivery tends to happen 2-3 weeks after production starts. Deliveries are sent on next-day delivery. Production starts when all money has been collected and received. If you need your hoodies in a rush please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate your needs in our production line.
Put simply, we are happy to refund or replace any garment that doesn't meet quality standards up to 30 days after you receive it and replace any garment with customisation issues up to 7 days after you receive it. If you have any issues whatsoever please email sales@hoodeasy.com.
