In order for us to stitch your design, we need a really high-quality digital image from you. This can be in almost any file format.

heart iconThe 5 stages of embroidery

  1. You send us a nice, big image of the design you want stitched.
  2. This design is then "digitized". This is where we turn your image into a digital file which tells the embroidery machine what to stitch and where.
  3. The design is loaded into the machine and checked for quality.
  4. The garments are then placed on the machine in runs of 6. This continues until all the garments have been stitched to perfection.
  5. All the stitching is checked for quality before the clothing is passed on for further customisation.
