Screen printing is perfect when you want the same design on lots of hoodies, t-shirts, polo-shirts, or any kind of clothing. In terms of affordability, it's best suited to orders of around 30 items or more. We use screen-printing on all of our leavers hoodies.

heart iconThe 5 stages of printing names

  1. We take the list of names from our hoodeasy® shop system or, if you're organised the order yourself, we take the names from you your Excel Spreadheet.
  2. The names are then arranged for cutting on a Roland® cutter.
  3. The names are then all cut out from a vinyl-based transfer material.
  4. Next all the names are extracted from the sheet by removing all the excess vinyl using a process known as "weeding".
  5. Once the names are all cut out and matched to their corresponding garment they are "heat-pressed" on. This is like ironing under extreme pressure.

If you use a hoodeasy® shop then you don't need to worry about giving us all the names as we get them direct from everyone. If yo've decided to organise the order then we just need a spreadsheet or word document with all the names on there.
