Cancellation Policy
When you buy from hoodeasy your hoodie is produced specifically for you. Embroidery and print is applied to a hoodie which is not removable and therefore we cannot sell the hoodie to anyone else. Therefore you can cancel at any time before production begins. All you have to do is call us on 020 8826 8026 or email us on sales@hoodeasy.com and we will get your money refunded and order cancelled. If production has begun then unfortunately we cannot refund your order. If your order is not satisfactory (i.e.- the stitching is poor quality or the print is poor quality) then you can certainly return your hoodie and have it refunded.
